İbrahim Maşe - Mustafa İnsan / Mersin, Aug 12 (DHA) - Two Norwegian teenage girls who have been missing for four days in the Mediterranean province of Antalya, were found by the police in southeastern Mersin province, on early August 12.

Mia Emilie Haugen and her friend İda Marie Nodland, both 15 years old, were seen while hanging out in a café, seeming to be highly anxious, near Adnan Menderes Boulevard in Mersin, around 05.00 a.m.

When a café worker called the police, the official team confirmed that the young girls have been sought by the security and taken over to the juvenile police station in the region. Both of them were brought to the state hospital for health control.

Mia Emilie Haugen had arrived in Alanya district of Antalya five weeks ago to visit her mother, Lila Litta Hoholm, a Norwegian woman who had moved to Obagöl five years ago. With her friend İda having her vacation at a hotel in the same region, Mia has gone missing mysteriously.

Families of the two young girls referred the incident to the police in Turkey, and shared pictures of their girls on social media to search for the missings, along with contact numbers. The families heard that the girls were captured in Mersin, at last.

Mother of Mia, Lila Litta Hoholm said the girls had contacted her ex-boyfirend's daugthter living in Alanya, to tell 'Don't worry about us?, without telling their address. It was also noticed the girls had dyed their blond hair to black.

The Norwegian 'gone girls' of Turkey will be turned over to their families, in Mersin province.
